Dear Ministry Partners and Camp Sponsors,
On behalf of Western Harvest Ministry Ranch of Weatherford, Texas we would like to inform you of one of our upcoming outreaches. On May 14th and 15th we are hosting one of our nationally recognized Conquering the Beast Pro Bull Riding Training Camps for 15 students. These camps are designed to build good character traits, professional riding skills and most importantly self-esteem and confidence to conquer any challenges in and out of the arena in their own life. These camps are uniquely different because we strive to develop the whole athlete and prepare them for a successful life in and out of the arena. The camp will be instructed by World Champion Bull Rider Scott Mendes.
****We always need many helpful volunteers that enjoy working with both the youth and in and around the arena. If you would like to join our team, just simply contact our office for more details****
Camp details: Friday Night - Check in. Saturday - Orientation, ground work, video analysis, bucking simulator, arena life training, event safety, live bull riding for their age and skill level, 1:1 personal instruction and staff testimonies. Sunday – Will include Saturday’s schedule, Fellowship services at Western Harvest Fellowship Center and a final student jackpot.

There are four ways that one can become a Ministry Partner or Camp Sponsor.
1. Sponsor Levels
*Title Sponsor (1) - $500 Arena exposure
(Your banner on the center gate)
*Presenting Sponsor (4) - $300 Arena exposure
(Your banner on the bucking chute)
*Local Sponsor (10) – $100 Arena exposure (Your banner in the arena)
**Your literature in the take home packet. There will be a group photo taken with your company’s banner.
2. Product Donations – We are in need of food for breakfast, lunches and dinners and prizes for the student jackpot on Sunday. Also you products might help us with the overall arena productions.
3. Scholarships for this 2 day camp is $150
*3 scholarships x $150 = $450
*2 scholarships x $150 = $300
*1 scholarship x $150 = $150
Designed for individuals, churches or organizations that desire to sew into the life of the unfortunate youth desiring to attend.
4. Personal Donations – Your support will help us in meeting all of our financial obligations that are associated with producing this powerful outreach. Examples livestock leasing, feed and other general operating expenses associated with our facilities.
